Hope House Health and Living Center is a full time practice in Bangor that sees patients five days a week. Part of PCHC. We offer regular medical care, sick care, lab services, psychiatric mediation management, therapy for individuals, couples and groups, and care management services.

Hope House Transitional Housing provides housing and on-site access to services. Each tenant is given the chance to develop and work on personal independent living goals in a positive, safe, and supportive place.
