Church of Safe Injection (CoSI) is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit harm reduction organization and Maine CDC certified syringe service program founded and led by queer people who use drugs. CoSI operates in Lewiston, Westbrook, Rumford and Portland and provides peer support, access to safe supplies, education groups, trainings and naloxone distribution.
