Greater Portland Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center with multiple locations in Portland and South Portland that offers integrated, patient centered substance use disorder treatment including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Primary Care, Behavioral and Mental Health services, Dental care, peer support, and Virology. Greater Portland Health is an Opioid Health Home to provide care to patients without insurance and a sliding fee scale is available to all patients.
